bored

This recovery is the most boring one ever.
It's been almost 3 weeks now and I still can't do shit.
Looking at laptop screen is making my eyes tired but I can stare at cellphone screen for a really long time.
Weather outside is beautiful and warm, yesterday was 25°c, but only thing I can do is walk around the lake.
Actually, I can't really walk too much because year ago I fucked my leg while doing squats in gym and it stars hurting periodically so I start to limp.
My sleeping pattern is the most amusing thing in my life right now.
I wake up 2 times during the night, around 2:40 and 4:20 because my eyes are dry as a desert.
I go to sleep around midnight and wake up before 9am, regulary.
I miss my gym, put weight on again ugh.

I wanted to go to watch Croatian hockey championship finals but I have no one to go with.
Fuck my life.
Maybe I should have stayed in Rijeka but for some reason I still came back to Zagreb.
Got really bored so I went to work today, well I didn't really work, I just helped a bit.
On thursday we have some exam at warehouse, safety at work?
I have no clue what am I going to do there except I'll get to see my co-workers.
Pretty much everyone has seen me without glasses, including that stockman that always tries to talk to me, he even hugged me today :S
In the sea full of creepy and ugly people at work, I managed to fish a rather cute... boy (yeah, I think he's still in high school)
I haven't seen him for a quite a long time(they changed his shift goddamnit), but finally did yesterday and almost didn't recognise him because of new haircut.
That was like the first time ever I liked someone's hair shorter! O:
I told my co-worker about that and she was like "Why didn't you say "hi" to him? You two know eachother!"
Know eachother = we saw each other in the warehouse couple of times including that mega awkward moment when he was in our way and my co-worker and I were looking at him and waiting for him to move when his superior started yelling at him and he was looking at me and got totally confused... "Did you see what have you done? You messed up the poor boy."
I know it's lame but these things make my day a bit better.

Okay, I'm bored again.

new eyes

Damn I haven't updated this thing for a month.
Mostly because I had no internet connection until last wednesday.
Straight to two most important things that have happened:
1. I got LASIK - no more glasses!
2. I got internet again

Although I was single this Valentines day, it was one of the happiest ones.
I was told that lovely doctor that did my pre-operation check up was assigned to do my operation.
Surgery was on 28th so anything that happened in those two weeks didn't matter.
Spent them by going to work, gym and listening to the radio because no internet.
When the day of surgery finally arrived I was forced to eat breakfast because of medicine I had to take.
Came to the clinic at 8am with my dad and suddenly all my emotions went numb.
Oh, getting eye scan by some bitch, meh.
Oh look, there is my lovely doctor, yay.
"Got any questions?" "Yes, but I can't seem to remember any of them at the moment"
Oh, Željko Bebek is here as well.
Oh, cute young assistant with medicine, thanks bro and seriously, put a smile on your face (he was told earlier to do that)
Oh, eyedrops... OHMYFUCKINGGOOD what the hell are those?! Tears of satan???
Spent next few minutes curled up in sofa because of the pain.
Oh, time for surgery already, FUCK!
I remember entering the surgery room and "seeing" doctor surrounded with few other people.
I was laid on the table under the machine with three lights and not sure if they do this with everyone, but doctor told his assistant to hold my hand which was like the sweetest this ever.
Small panic - they stuck my lashes so they don't get in the way.
The part when they strech your eye which I though it was going to be the worst, wasn't that bad.
But the part when they make the flap was scary as fuck!
I could feel something cutting my eye and could see stars like in cartoons, the doctor told me it is one of the uncomfy parts because I lose my sight for a few seconds.
Laser part was kinda disappointing because I expected star wars laser shit, instead I got some smelly sprinkle that felt like a llama was spitting on my face for 20sec.
Right eye was finished in like 5min that felt like 2, was really fast.
It was time for left eye and I slowly started to lose feeling in my legs but managed to get my shit together, plus doctor's voice was soooo relaxing.
After left eye was finished, doctor slowly set me in sitting position and teased me a little "is your heart beating fast?", his hands felt like ice compared to my body temperature.
Then he asked me what do I see and what's the time on the clock, dude, I could see already!!
Afterwards he took me to my dad who got further instructions how to handle me.
That was when apaurin hit me.
Got home, everything was going better than expect until my protection contact lense fell out.
It took a while till my mom understood that...
Okay, we survived that somehow.
Day 2 : check up in 8 in the morning.
Hell yes! My eyesight is 100% back!! I could read all the letters!
Shortly after coming back home my right eye started to hurt really bad I couldn't even open it.
"Dad go buy me painkillers!" "Yeah, as soon as Natko finishes the race, he's number 43" "Goddamnit dad I can't open my fucking eye!!!!"
In the evening things got a bit better (after drinking 4 painkillers) so dad and I were building a lego while mom was on pilates.
Everything was going fine until day 4 when I got blood blister on my right eye.
But next day on check up I was told it was fine, but thing that wasn't fine is that I got female doctor instead of my doctor ;___;
I really love my doctor, he's a special person in my life now since he's the one who got my sight back.

It's been 12 days since surgery.
I still can't spend much time on pc because it hurts my eyes.
Went to a hockey game two days ago and put half a tube of eyedrops in my eyes.
Still getting used to life without glasses, everything is much easier now.
I even learned how to put eyedrops in my eyes.
Only my sleeping pattern got weird.
I always wake up around 2 and 4 am to put eye drops, always.
And I'm completely awake around 8am.

Life's cool right now.

Here are some pics~

There was Šalata Winter Classic last month, it was one of best hockey games I've ever seen.
All of my favourite players were playing and it even had fireworks in the end.

Got new watch, the one on the left <3

8am selfie right before surgery

Dad and I built a lego!!

My new best  friend - dinolamp!

Mixels lego!!

Hey there!

Last hockey game of the season I've been to.
Medveščak lost 4:0 to Lev Prague in playoffs but still they were awesome.
Going to the game was a bit too much for my eyes, but I just had to go!
